Return Policy

For online orders in the U.S., we accept garments in new condition with all original tags attached for a full refund back to your original form of payment. Return shipping is at own cost. 

US customers may choose to place a free exchange order instead. Exchanges are not currently available for international customers (outside of the U.S.).

We offer returns within 30 days of your shipment date. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please allow 14 days from when we received your return, for your returns to be processed. Please note that all items marked 'Final Sale' may not be returned or exchanged.

ATTE monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?

Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to contact before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.

When will my order ship?

All orders ship within 72 hours after an order has been placed.

Do You ship on weekends and holidays?

At this time, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or U.S. federal holidays.

ATTE does not ship on the following holidays:
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Year’s Day

How do I care for my garments?

Each garment will have a care instruction label inside of it. Please follow the care instructions carefully. Who is Beate Myburgh?

Beate (pronounced bee-ah-te) is the creator behind ATTE. She was born in South Africa. Clothes lover. Dreams about fabric. Grew up in Pretoria. Home language: Afrikaans (similar to Dutch and Flemish). Hazel eyes. 5’8” (174cm). Studied business at the University of Cape Town. Enjoys traveling. Lived and worked in Amsterdam (Netherlands). What does ATTE mean?

ATTE is a shortened version of Beate’s name. Beate dreamt of her line for many years and originally would have sold under her own name, but decided to give the business its own identity and therefore own name.
